           Our company has been established in 1995 with the partnership of five Turkish entrepreneurs and the Moroccan firm Sicopa in the province of Aydin, district of Soke. Soke is only at 110 km distance from Izmir, Turkey's biggest port in terms of trade volume and imports.
Our firm started with the production of Capers first. Sun Dried Tomatoes has been added to our product range in 1997 and Pepperoncini in 2001. Sun Dried Tomatoes, Pepperoncini and Capers are our main products for which we are one of the world's leading producers.
As a result of the studies carried out by our R&D (Research and Development) Department the following products have been added to our product range: Jalapeno, Banana Pepper, Giardiniera, Macedonian Pepper, Sibas Mixture.
The GMO Free agricultural raw materials we use are grown and harvested by contracted farmers, under the supervision of our Agricultural Department.
Physical, chemical, microbiological controls at all stages from raw materials up to the finished product are carried out in our plant's laboratories. Apart from internal controls, we enhance our activities and controls in cooperation with accredited laboratories and universities.
We hold international quality and food safety management system certificates since 2002.
