Caper Is the buds of Cappasis Spinose plant which is not blossomed. The Capers which grow naturally are picked by hand and transported to our factory as intermediate products.

          After the controls of the Quality Control Department, they are placed in the storage packages with brine which are marked with barcodes for traceability and then transported to the stocking area. During storage, the controls of the intermediate products are made daily, the acidity, saltiness, pH and sensorial properties are inspected by the Quality Control Department.

          The raw materials are separated into gages before processing. The foreign objects are separated with a Laser Sorting Machine. They are turned into final products by performing the packing according to the demands of the customer.
