The Pepperoncini which are delivered daily in our factory are processed and gauged in 2-3 cm, 3-6 cm and 6-9 cm gages. After their fermentation period is completed they are packed with brine in the packages determined by the customer.

The peppers which are placed in the stocking packages with brine are cut in the ring shapes in the demanded thickness after their fermentation period is completed and packed with brine in the packages determined by the customer.
