2- Ready to Eat Sun Dried Tomatoes


The tomatoes which are washed and sliced into two parts are left for drying for 5 to 7 days after they are processed with sulfuric or salted solutions. The Sun Dried Tomatoes are passed through the selection and screening processes, and then boiled in a flavoring solution and packed in vacuum bags by flushing nitrogen to increase shelf life. The boiled tomatoes are made ready to be eaten after this stage. This product may be marinated with spices depending on the demand.
