The tomatoes which are sowed and harvested in June, July and August months by our contracted farmers are processed within 24 hours with the control of production team after inspected by the Quality Control Team. The dried tomatoes are transported to our plant, screened, sorted out, and weighted by standard kilograms within 5 to 7 days. The dried tomatoes, barcodes are used to have product traceability, are stored in the cold storages with 1000 ton capacity after quality control processes for entry are made. The physical, chemical and microbiological controls of all stages of tomatoes from raw material to finished product are made in the laboratories of our factory. At the same time, we make a continuous cooperation with scientific institutions such as accredited laboratories and universities.
