Sibas Food started its production of Capers in 1995. Sun Dried Tomatoes were added to our product range in 1997, followed by Pepperoncini in 2001, Jalapeños in 2008 and Banana Peppers in 2010.
The factory is only 110 km away from the Port of Izmir, Türkiye which is one of the biggest ports in the country. We pack in glass jars, PET jars, gallons, tins, pouches and drums.
Most of our products are locally grown and harvested by contracted farmers under the supervision of our Agricultural Division. Thus, Sibas Food is in control of its supply chain from seed to harvest.
There is an utmost importance on quality assurance. Throughout processing (from raw material to finished product), QA engineers conduct periodical chemical, physical and microbiological tests in our in-house laboratories. Moreover, Sibas Food also cooperates with accredited laboratories and universities in the country and abroad to enhance quality control.
