Founded in 1995, Sibas Food has grown to become a leading supplier of premium Capers, Caperberries, Jalapeños, Pepperoncini, Banana Peppers, and Sun-Dried Tomatoes. What started with the production of Capers soon expanded to include other specialty products: Sun-Dried Tomatoes in 1997, Pepperoncini in 2001, Jalapeños in 2008, and Banana Peppers in 2010.
Located just 110 km from the Port of Izmir, Turkey—one of the country’s largest ports—our state-of-the-art facility enables efficient production and shipping worldwide. We offer a variety of packaging options, including glass jars, PET jars, gallons, tins, pouches, and drums, to meet the needs of different markets.
At Sibas Food, we pride ourselves on our rigorous supply chain management. Most of our products are sourced from locally grown ingredients, harvested by contracted farmers under the direct supervision of our Agricultural Division. This hands-on approach ensures we maintain full control from seed to harvest, delivering the freshest, highest-quality products.
Quality assurance is our top priority. From raw material to finished product, our dedicated QA engineers conduct thorough chemical, physical, and microbiological testing in our in-house laboratories. We also collaborate with accredited laboratories and universities both locally and internationally to continually improve our quality standards.

Five Turkish cousins and a Moroccan partner, founded Sibas Food in district of Soke, a province of Aydin, Turkiye. Starting point was the production of Capers.
Sun-Dried Tomatoes were added to the product range.
Pepperoncini production started. Moved to the current factory.

Founded “OVA Corporation’’ in New York to provide logistic and warehousing services for US customers.
Partnered with Tumar S.A.R.L, an export company in Morocco and acquired 25% of shares.
Following several investments, the factory is producing 20k tons of peppers, 4k tons of capers, 1k ton of sun-dried tomatoes.
Sibas Food currently exports to over 50 countries, establishing itself as a leading supplier across Retail, Food Service, and Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) sectors.
