Fresh tomatoes are locally grown and harvested by our contracted farmers under the supervision of our Agriculture Division. Harvested products are sent to our drying fields within 24 hours. Once they arrive to the drying fields, they are washed, cut and applied salted or sulphur solution. After this process, they are left to dry under the sun for 5-7 days.
After the drying process Sun-Dried Tomatoes are transported to our production site where they are selected, weighted and packed in standard sacks. They are barcoded in order to ensure traceability and stored in our cold storage areas. Throughout the year, based on customer demand we pack Sun-Dried Tomatoes in various forms and packaging.
